Dr. Coleman administers excellent consultations and procedures, you are able to secure an appointment to see her through the main phone number listed online. However, the scheduling department to secure an appointment for the actual procedure is another story. If you miss their initial phone call to make an appointment for a procedure, it is our experience ( on two different occasions) you will be waiting days for them to call you back...... even IF you've called them back several times and leave voicemails.
