Don't get me wrong. Dr. Kowal is a very good dentist. When I had a new crown outfitted it came out perfect. Their hygienist is very good too. The problem I have with Dr. Kowal is her schedule. She's open only 3 days per week. Due to this she's always booked. When I calledfor an emergency appointment ( I was in pain from a dying tooth) she couldn't fit me in and referred me to a backup dentist who also couldn't fit me in. I wound up going to a local dental clinic for eventual extraction of my tooth.
