Elevator never in service, had to push a wheelchair up the ramp. Ridiculous! Can't call the office because it goes to out of state of state office!
Would not recommend this office!!! My husband hand dad have been seeing Dr Altman. Frequently cancels appointment the day of appointment via email. You cannot reach the office. A call center answers and they are hard to understand. An x ray was ordered by Dr Altman in February. In March, one month later my husband was told by his PCP that radiologist suggested a certain problem was suspected and stated an MRI needed to be done ASAP. If I could have put no star I would have. My husband took my 87 year old Mother for her appointment and the elevator was not working and he took her around the back to the ramp was and the door was locked. He said he knocked on the door and no one came. He then banged on the door and someone came and said someone must have locked the door behind them. I would not recommend this office. The provider continues to push stretching as the fix and does not offer helpful treatment plans. X-rays were never ordered and they are completely reliant on the patient to follow-up to make sure things get done. Long wait times past appointment times. I’m sure there’s a better place to receive care in Columbia.
My mom was an hour early for her appointment but we still had to wait two hours before she seen and the staff didn't let us know why there was a delay in her appointment time when a woman that got there after us was able to get a room before us; yes it was a nail trim bit that doesn't mean she should have to wait because a staff member doesn't know how to make an impatient overly privileged person wait instead of making people with an appointment wait.
