Great Dr !!!
If I could give a ZERO, I would.. horrible customer service overseas Call Center. After my appointment was canceled on February 2nd (due to weather) no one from the Cayce office has called. I have called every day since February 3rd and no one has still called. I went up to the office today to speak to someone to find out why my calls have not been returned, from the office or by billing (my FlexCard has been turned off) because the receipt received had NO billing codes; just payment. My anxiety level was pretty high in anticipation of procedure. It quickly dissipated as soon as I was settled in the room. Staff is very considerate and kind. I really can't say enough about Dr Methuselah. To say he put me right at ease is an understatement. The procedure was.quick and as he.said I did not feel a thing not even the sticks to numb my toe. His bedside manner is excellent. He is friendly, caring and compassionate. Great experience both Dr and staff. Gold metal worthy!!!
