Renee was very professional and got our appraisal done very quickly. I would highly recommend her.
I’m selling my home in Vermont to move away from shady people like this. She was chosen to appraise my home for a lender. Her comps were completely useless, as she used sold homes that were not even in the realm of similar. Sure the square footage was close, or the acreage was close, and she did adjust for that. While I did not work with Renee, I called her frantically about an issue I had with another appraisal and she took the time to discuss my problem and give me more information. We chatted for about 15 minutes and at the end of our phone call I felt SO much better. If I ever need an appraisal in the future she is the one I would trust.
