I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Renee Clark. It was only towards the conclusion of our dealings that her true lack of professionalism became abundantly clear. Despite fulfilling all necessary preparations for the sale of our property, Ms. Clark's conduct was reprehensible, marked by a refusal to acknowledge her errors and a tendency to impose arbitrary fees and unreasonable demands.
