I arrived at my appointment quite early because I was a new patient there so I knew there would be paperwork. They took my insurance and I had a seat while they ran it and I expected to wait considering I got there early, I waited no more than 3 minutes. The doctor was patient with me took her time explaining everything to me made the experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend Dr. Brown.
I think the biggest thing that stood out for me was the up most friendly and positive environment to be in while dealing with medical issues. You can really tell that the workers from the receptionist to Renee Brown are happy to be there helping people. I was having a rough day as it was going in there but the positive attitudes of everyone in the office had me smiling as I was leaving. Mrs Renee brown was very awesome to see. She’s was so nice. So caring. She listened to me. She was very straightforward . I have been to 3 different offices of this same type of deal and this is by far the BEST ONE i have visited. Super friendly. Super clean. Everyone at check in was very helpful and polite.
