I don't know what these other reviews are about. Maggie is wonderful and she worked with me from the beginning to end. I love my dress and the bridemaids got their dresses there too and the process was flawless. My dress took a little bit longer to come in than expected but I was updated on the shipping time. Definitely would recommend!
I was very disappointed with the bridesmaid dress and service I received at the Renee Austin Boutique on Bridge in Grand Rapids. It took about four months for the dress to come in and I was not fitted properly. When the dress came in, it was too small and I was told repeatedly by staff that the dress was suppose to look like that and it looked great. I wasn't convinced. I had a very bad experience with Rene Austin Wedding. I came in for a bridesmaids dress and was told to order a size larger (even though the dress I had on fit well, if not a tad large) and felt the whole entire appointment like the consultant was judging me. She made it very clear and apparent that even though I was in between sizes, that I should order a size and a half larger because in her opinion I would only get bigger, not smaller.
