Been going here for years, and I would strongly recommend Dr. Wall or Dr. Klooster to anyone looking for excellent dental care in Holly Springs.
A wonderful experience. Everything on time and as expected with my exam. Dr. Wall has a great personality and makes going to the dentist easy.
The best dentist! Everyone in our family, and everyone I know, loves Dr. Wall. She is an excellent dentist, and wonderful Christian person. She is kind and gentle, and we are happy to be in her care. Her staff is very experienced, and there are no issues with billing and scheduling. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Her office is so poorly run that they did not even have my appointment in the book so I had to wait as she took 2 patients ahead of me. It was not worth the wait at all because she let her tech play dentist while she kept me waiting which was very annoying. She is retiring so if your work is complicated and long term look for someone else who stands behind their work and will be around to fix problems. Whether it's root canals, general cleaning, or fillings, Dr. Wall is very professional and informs patient of all options available. She also uses the latest computer technology in storing your x-rays and personal info. She's pain-free with her techniques on the patient.
Dr. Wall has been my dentist for nearly 10 years - I have had a few implants that were placed by the periodontist she recommended (Kazmer) and she completed the implant crowns along with new porcelain crowns on my upper front teeth. She had a special lab in Durham do custom shading for me and made sure they were shaped to look natural. I have always been happy with her and her staff
They take care of billing directly, that's nice. Very low turn over in staff, so your kids and you get the same hygenist each time and the receptionist recognizes everyone when they come in. That's nice.
Wonderfully friendly. The office is a bit off the beaten path. However, once you find it, you enter a nice cozy office with chipper receptionists. Sure the office is still very much a dental office, but there is not much that can be done about that. Hygenists- thourough and friendly Dentist- knows her stuff, friendly.
