Absolutely Terrible service, I was there on Saturday and had blood drawn by a cluless person that collapsed my vein, she put the whole needle through my arm I felt like my arm was going to fall and to make matters worse I was told to go somewhere else to get my blood drawn even though I waited for almost an hour, terrible communication and service. After 2 days later my arm was completely purple and numb, I’d I can give them a 0 star I would
Son muy despistadas quienes atienden en el lugar, no hace bien los exámenes, no toman bien las muestras y hacen que los pacientes tengan que estar regresando para volver a tomar los exámenes y una larga espera en el lugar
He sido paciente del doctor Riano por varios años , excelente profesional, pero infortunadamente el Servicio en su consultorio se volvió muy malo , la tencion muy lenta , hoy fui a mi cita para un examen y parecía más un servicio de emergencias , las chicas del front desk , ni lo miran a uno , solo le dicen firme y ya … Mal servio al público. Lastimosamente espere por 50 minutos y no tuve otra opción que me reprogramaran mi cita a un mes y días más … increíble !! Quedé decepcionada y con mi cita lejos !!
I had my first baby and whole pregnancy with dr Riano. He is the sweetest dr i have ever met. I am very thankful. and the staffs are very nice too.
