When I do get to see Dr. Perez-Silva, I am pleased when he greets me. Dr. Perez-Silva give you his time and attention to your medical concerns. As for his office staff, it is unfortunate.

I feel a level of hopelessness where doctors in LA are concerned. I had a great doctor in San Diego and this is a HUGE step down. The office is in complete disarray - papers and records stacked everywhere. Technology appears to be something that they failed to notice had arrived, the furnishings are as old as the building, they referred me to an imaging service in the same complex that had me waiting 2 hours longer than the appointment THEY set up for me, and now they’ve messed up my prescription by giving me 5x less pills t... read more

Absolutely terrible front office. They cancelled a physical exam that I waited months to get the appointment for. A few months later I needed a quick office EKG to get a needed surgical procedure done and they insisted I cancel my surgery to get an appointment that would be months in the waiting to get! They said 'We sent you a letter canceling but you never called back.' Don't reward horrible service by going to this office, so many other options.
