Patients who are facing issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes will be well cared for in our Deerfield Beach office. If a patient has a medical issue arise after hours or on the weekend, our urgent care partner (located directly next door) can provide care until our office re-opens the next day.

He’s very rude and he doesn’t treat it like a practice he treats the office visit as if he oversee the whole medical field. He doesn’t take patient suggestion and doesn’t answer questions with patience. One of the worse drs I’ve seen in 40 years.

Dr. Casanova is an extremely friendly and emphatic physician. He listened to my condition and spent adequate time explaining everything to me. His staff is also very friendly and professional.
This man is the rudest, most insensitive and unprofessional dr i have ever visited. I have been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia for over 16 years and he was nasty and left me stranded. The worst part is that his office called me to let me come in and see him and he saw me, put his coat on, and said I was a waste of his time. he needs his certification revoked.
