Used to be a great office!! We loved the kind staff, compassionate providers, and outstanding care of Dr. Bravo. Unfortunately since his retirement, the office has gone down hill. Time management is a MASSIVE issue. It’s impossible to get timely responses, office staff says they’ll do something and don’t, wait time in office is also extremely long. Dr's are very nice and knowledgeable but the time management is horrible. I've been coming here for 3 years. I show up on time or a little early. We always go back 10-15+ minutes after the scheduled appt time and then wait another 20+ minutes to see the dr. The longest I have waited after been sent back is over an hour. I feel like my family's time is not respected at all. I would happily go somewhere else if my insurance let me.

We have been coming to Bravo Pediatrics for almost 4 years with two kids. We primarily see Dr. Watson and couldn’t wish for a better pediatrician and care team. Their receptionist Leah is the best receptionist I have ever seen at a medical office- she makes great eye contact, is warm and friendly, professional, and efficient. Not to be confused with Dr. Watson’s MA Leah who is also great- friendly and professional as well.
