Liars and scammers. Went to this office for an annual review and got a blood test. On my way to leave they said I had to make an appointment to see my results. I questioned this and said I didn’t want to come in, and they should be able to tell me the results over the phone. They refused to let me leave without making the appointment, claiming “your insurance won’t let you get results over the phone.” So I said “as long as I’m not charged for this appointment.” Fine.
