Im so grateful with my doctor Sow Fong NG, 2 years ago after I traveling back to NY, I have some health issue, and she was give me the best care and the best treatment for me, after 6 month later I’m recovered . I scheduled my annual checkup for 10:00 a.m. When I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment in their system. The staff told me that I could either wait approximately one hour to be seen or reschedule the appointment for another day.
WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!!!! If their front desk womens hate their jobs so much, why they bother to work there! Especially the middle age women on Sunday! I am with Rendr so many years in 7th Ave Brooklyn Office and now transferring to this location recently. I am a self pay patient, I would say I am the most easiest paitent to any doctor office, at least they dont need to call multiple times to insurance company or give them heavy workload. Absolutely unbelievable experience with Render Clinic. My wife went in because of an EYE issue, and the family doctor, Jeff Yang, somehow prescribed EAR medication instead. We waited several days for the prescription, during which her condition got worse. When we called the front desk to confirm, they insisted nothing was wrong and blamed CVS for the mistake. After CVS repeatedly checked and contacted Render directly, the clinic finally admitted the doctor clicked the wrong medication in the system. This level of negligence ... read more
