What can I say ? The nurse was fine not a problem . But just that how the work … was if you want to know your result and they make you come back even you asked if you can do phone review . And the front desk assistant told you the insurance is not included to do phone call result … that’s how they want to make you go back and take the money ….
This place is all about up charging your insurance. The staff is unprofessional, had to ask them to change gloves in between patients. She finished withdrawing blood from a patient before me and was about to use that same pair of gloves to withdraw my blood. They take your medical history right next to another patient, so privacy is not there. If you go there, ask them for a report of what they did for you during that visit, there might be some assessment they try to charge you for that they never did. I’m so glad I left the... read more
I waited for two hours to be seen by the doctor. Not sure whether they simply forgot or it was an overbooking issue. The doctor was very honest and seemed knowledgeable, although perhaps it’s easier if you’re Chinese because you can explain yourself and your issue better, as this office primarily caters to the Chinese community. But I do like that this offices is close to my house.
I am impressed by their care and support. So glad to be with this doctor. Edit: Dr Liu is a wonderful addition
