The homes he built on Delana Ave in Elmendorf Texas all have plumbing issues with leaking plumbing inside the walls. My ac drain in the ceiling was connected to nothing, I had to connect it to a drain outside. The plumbing from the main meter box has a piece of pvc that they tried to make fit and was full of puddy. I have pictures of all these issues if you don't believe me.
