I arrived for a property inspection today just 3 minutes late, after leaving a message letting the agent know I was running about 2 minutes behind. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the agent refused to show the property and asked me to come back next week instead. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had a deeply disappointing experience with agent Simon Gray from Rendina Real Estate, Kensington, regarding the private sale of a property on Gordon Street. I was a serious buyer, with finance approved and ready to proceed immediately. Mr Gray told me that I would be given a fair opportunity.
