AMAZING food, by far the best in Exeter (and I’ve tried almost all restaurants in Exeter). The atmosphere is also very unique for Exeter and a dim lit, slightly rustic vibe restaurant (which actually is authentic in the way that the food matches the interior) with a chatty but ambient murmur is so refreshing and the perfect place for an intimate gathering (up to 8 would probably be best) and amazing for a date night. Everything about this place is great! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service, you really can't ask for more.
We love coming to Rendezvous, having frequented this restaurant for many years. The food is always fantastic and my wife invariably chooses the vegetarian options simply because those dishes are so delicious. The menu is always varied and caters for all tastes. Service is always fantastic despite the fact the restaurant is often busy.
