HORRIFIC!!! Chris did my wedding in Aug 2012. He seemed great at the beginning. Once it came time to select my photo for my album, things started to unravel. He didn't return emails or calls, he refused to touch up photos. My husband and I were after him for almost a year before we made any headway. My husband had to track him down at his store and threaten him to get our pictures. We finally got them and our album, but they weren't touched up at all. At least we got them though.
