My wife and I had to move to California very quickly for her job and did not visit in-person before renting here -- if we had more time we likely would have kept looking. While the staff at this apartment complex are friendly and helpful, the extremely high rent (>$3k/month) is not worth living in an apartment that seems like it was as cheaply built as possible. Very quiet apartment, nice amenities. A little bit small of an apartment, but not horrible. I only rate less because it's not exactly run super well. The glass door on our building got smashed and it wasn't fixed for weeks which is fine because I understand shipments take time. But they left all of the smashed glass in the door frame and over the course of a few weeks the smashed glass was scattered across the entryway of the building. I am so impressed with Rendezvous! The staff is amazing they are quick to respond with any of our questions or concerns. We love our apartment and the surrounding grounds. I feel like we are on a vacation everyday.
