We ordered flowers for a very dear family friend for or 92nd birthday . She was so thrilled and she had the bonus of Sam the flower man delivering them to her . It was meant to be that Sam , even though retired was helping with deliveries this day . Sam has been known to our family for many years,even though we all left Shepparton many years ago , it was a thrill for Heather our friend to have Sam deliver them and go down memory lane 🥰🌹

I had an amazing experience yesterday with Renato’s Florist. The customer service was absolutely impeccable. I lost my stepdad and came to Shepparton for my mum. I didn’t get the beautiful lady’s name, but she knows who she is. The flowers were made the way we wanted, in a short time while I waited. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to come by.
