Terrible experience! They moved my dad without letting us know and 1 staff member was extremely rude and my dad said she was mean and had grabbed him. Needless to say we couldn't relocate him fast enough. Once we did, the staff forgot to include his dentures. Instead of doing the right thing, the owner Connie ignored our calls and texts and we had to make arrangements to return to get the dentures. I would not send your loved one here!!!
This home was heaven on earth for our dear mother. Connie you have an awesome facility and we were blessed enough to have you and your amazing staff Flora and Edwardo care for our mother Sally. Flora and Edwardo became like family to us and we are just amazed at how much they truly care for the residence here. We are from out of the state of Arizona and after my step father had passed away, we thought we were going to bring mom home in a facility by myself or my sister in Illinois or my brother in Michigan. Performed spot inspection on this Assisted Living Home on behalf of a client. The home is clean and well maintained. The residents are well cared for and expressed their approval to me in personal conversations. If you are looking for a great assisted living home, this is a great option for consideration.
Thank you Renata and your Staff Teresa and Eduardo for giving my Mother the care she deserved and we were looking for. Your place was heaven sent. It was always clean and your attention to the residents was absolutely wonderful. You have been so good to my Mother that we feel as though we were family!
