Charged me $500 for a phone consultation where I was just trying to switch from a Dexcom 6 to a 7. Literally charged me for what they said was instructions on how to use the product (which they didn't do) Very cold reception folks too that really don't care about the patients, this is strictly a job for them Full disclosure: I was 25 minutes late for an appointment so that was my fault (mixed up the time) but the receptionist could not have been any less helpful. Update: I’ve pieced the two together. The unknown charge I had in my insurance, with this unknown doctor, is connected with the actual provider (different name) I saw in Innovative Primary care - Lincoln ave location. ———— I have no idea why, but I visited Innovative Care for my annual well-woman exam with Dr. Ahmed. During that visit, I had to take 5 minutes or more within my appointment to speak with Dr. Ahmed about the HIPPA violations the front desk associates enacted. Somehow, now there’s an insurance claim for my visit... read more

I have no idea why, but I visited Innovative Care for my annual well-woman exam (legally free preventative benefit of insurances) With Dr. Ahmed. During that visit, I had to take 5 minutes or more within my to speak with Dr. Ahmed about the HIPPA violation front desk associated were doing. Somehow now there’s an insurance claim for my visit from this provider Dr, Renata, where they billed my insurance incorrect codings so it deemed my well-woman visit as an “illness visit”.
