We moved out of town two years ago and our Arlington house was in need of repairs and updating which we needed to arrange from Chicago. We were very lucky to find Renata Briggman of RLAH. I do not think it is possible for a real estate agent to do more for a seller, or to provide better service than Renata provided to me for my townhouse sale. Because I had rented the townhouse for several years before selling, it needed more than just a few touchups and a coat of paint. Renata designed and saw through to completion a fairly substantial upgrade (think new bathrooms, refinished flooring and all new finishings), and then staged it beautifully, and put together a very appealing marketing package.
