I do not think it is possible for a real estate agent to do more for a seller, or to provide better service than Renata provided to me for my townhouse sale. Because I had rented the townhouse for several years before selling, it needed more than just a few touchups and a coat of paint. Renata designed and saw through to completion a fairly substantial upgrade (think new bathrooms, refinished flooring and all new finishings), and then staged it beautifully, and put together a very appealing marketing package.
