I went here for laser removal and although it was painful, I was mrore upset when the laser technician kept making comments about my leg hair. That's what I'm here for??? I had also already paid for a group package of 6 sessions, but when I tried to book my next appointment, she never responded! Stole my money, would NOT recommend.
After telling the technician MULTIPLE TIMES to lower the intensity, she refused to listen. Woke up with burns the next day. It lasted almost a month. Do not recommend. To make matters worse, she made continuous jokes about the amount of hair I had. Isn’t that the point of coming to a laser clinic?
Worst laser hair removal experience ever. I bought a groupon that was valid for 1 year hair removal. First 2 sessions went alright. I wanted to book my third, but she did not pick up my calls or respond to multiple messages and left me on read. It had not been a year. I wonder if most of the reviews are from persians as she only seemed to be on top of their services. (I am middle eastern). The persian lady I think her name was Elina? TERRIBLE experience she stole my money.
