Stephanie is horrible. She has an extremely nasty attitude. She called me to say that she was closing my account that has been opened since 2005 because I have overdrafts. I strongly believe that the way you say something matters. She is very rude, highly disruptive and very disrespectful. She’s a horrible person and she’ll get what’s coming to her.
