Veal and chicken were both dry and tough to cut into. Both looked like they had been precooked and warmed up. Sauce on salmon was extremely salty. Seasoning completely overwhelmed the flavor of the fish. Mussels came in a heavy, thick tomato based sauce. Again the sauce overwhelmed the dish.
