Edit. Shelton turner the service advisor called and I was unable to answer at that time. Returned the phone within 30 minutes of him calling and no answer, left message for him to return my call. That was 5 days ago and still no call back. Purchased a car when it was Renalado Honda and went for an oil change today and was informed they no longer take the Renaldo plan anymore- that I purchased when I bought my car. Purchased a car when it was Renalado Honda and went for an oil change today and was informed they no longer take the Renaldo plan anymore- that I purchased when I bought my car. So I had to pay for the oil change- that I already purchased. I told them about the plan when I scheduled my appointment and was not informed that no longer take the plan, until I arrived for appointment . Just letting other customers know this.
This parts department truly goes above and beyond to answer questions and do the work for part finding and troubleshooting. I could go to a closer Honda dealership location, but have decided I will only deal with the Renaldo team as I feel they consider each customer as part of the Honda team or family without exception.
