Terrible communication and follow up customer service. This is compounded by having to wait several months for appointments and the rescheduling caused by the poor communication!

Renal doctors have taken great care of my wife for many years!
I have no issues with the doctors. My husband receives good care. However, when are doctor offices going to learn that some people are very sensitive to smells? I walked into the waiting room and got an immediate migraine. My nose is running and my throat is closing up. I would go sit in the car but it is100⁰. .
My rating reflects my view that Dr. D. Kurian is an extremely competent professional with a relax friendly demeanor. Truly, she is worth a try if you have a need for her services.
