Something is making this office terrible. When you’re able to schedule an appointment it’s only after you have 1) never been called back if you’re able to leave a voicemail 2) it took you close to 10+ times of calling within their business hours and get to hit the lottery that someone is actually able to answer you. Terrible! Can't get a hold of anyone for days then they call you and expect you to stop what you're doing
Dr Reyes is very knowledgeable caring of her patients, great bedside manor.
It's ok.
It's ok. Don't know why the staff calls like 2 wks to remind of the appointment. ,when it's already confirmed. Dr H is a good Dr, and explain the results.
