Front desk was not welcoming at all ignored every client walking in. As a new patient I would never recommend this place. It took two and half weeks before we got a call back! Front end was just rude not communicative if you want to be ignored come to this place…
Excellent service from the entire staff. Dr. Simon is a blessing from above.
1st appointment was best. Next appointment for lab work not as good as first apointment. 3rd appointment went way downhill. Appointment was for 12:30. I arrived a few minutes before 12:30. At 1:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room and getting uneasy about now looking at being late for work. I finally went back up to the reception desk and told them I couldn't wait any longer and wanted my copay refunded. They were prompt about collecting that when I arrived. They did agree to refund it.
