A nice hotel and ballroom
WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT. Awful place, I tried to cancel a second reservation id made via Expedia after staying here once…but they wouldn’t get back to Expedia. HORRIBLE rooms (mildew and mold), noisy, front staff NEVER answers their phone when u call down. RUDE front staff (one lady in particular…I think she’s actually the manager but not sure.) NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Listen to the bad reviews, they’re the real ones.
The hotel pool wasn't open and the hotel was hot as haiti. The rooms were cold but not all rooms had air conditioning. I don't think I'll return
Both indoor and outdoor pools are out of service. They said they’d give us a refund then email us 24 hours later to say they won’t honor it. I’ve never experienced such a poor experience. “Understaffed” is not an excuse. Nobody answers the phone. At this point, it seems on purpose so that you don’t get any answers. So disappointed in Marriott. Never booking with them again. Never thought I’d be a “you lost a good customer person” but here I am.
