Disappointed. My spouse and I decided to stay at the Delta Hotels Woodbridge for his birthday on August 3 - 5, 2024 we actually had to cut our stay short because there was a roach slowly crawling up our blanket on day 2 as were preparing to go to dinner. We cancel dinner and immediately took a photo, called the front desk. The Hotel Manager was very kind, Nyla who was extremely helpful in wanting to upgrade us to another room on the 7th floor and add points. Had a conference at the hotel. AC was awesome day 1. Day 2 ac died and hot in room 🥵 . Surprised Marriott hotel could not fix AC in reasonable time. We felt roasted in full room conference
Our flight was canceled, and we needed a place to crash! We went to the Fairfield up the street and found our reservation was invalid due to sold-out rooms and their system not being updated. My husband found this hotel. He called and talked with Justin, who was very helpful, and we were able to successfully rent a room and help many others in our situation.
