Do not recommend this place at all 1. Overcharged me the first couple visits and could never speak to any of billing staff. 2. Waiting 2 plus hours to get seen by the NP Kimberly. 3. Receptionist always look bothered when you go sign in. 4. Don’t waste your time. Find a better doctor that values your time.
I’ve been coming to this clinic since 2018 for my second pregnancy. I did not have a specific doctor in mind so I asked for the next available appointment. The doctor available was Dr. Ayda Garza-Montalvo. I cannot express enough how good she has been all these years. The moment that I knew I would be staying here was when she was done with her routine and I told her I had a question, she stopped, took a seat and listened to me carefully and explained everything I was concerned about. Horrible and rude office staff!
Had to relocate due to the front desk being rude, and also cause of Dr Jim not hearing me out and being rude made me feel so uncomfortable, especially when I told him about my blood pressure being low all the time, instead he put me Ina diet and I just got worse from my health up to where I was not verbal at times, so we would call to their office and the front desk was just plain rude to my mother and told her I could speak for myself since I was grown enough, when I wasn’t able to at the moment ! I personally really like the service here. I mean I’ve never been pregnant but I come here for my yearly lady checkup and everyone’s always really nice . Maybe I don’t have to wait long because they’re just doing check ups on me but I don’t think this place deserves the low ratings it’s getting to be honest .
