Muy mal carácter la sra de recepción pésima actitud para atender, entramos por emergencia mi sobrina a punto de dar a luz y nos dijo que nos iba a cobrar más por la hora en que llegamos y por ser mexicano, nosotros todos los partos los hemos pagado con sacrificio,en los dos partos anterior nos habían trado muy bien quien sabe que esté pasando saben con quién se puede quejar uno,no es justo que te discriminen así.
Horrible staff, zero empathy, and low quality of care. You’re better off going to Reynosa or Progreso Mexico. Staff and ultra sound tech are rude, lack empathy, and don’t answer any of your concerns nor questions. There are many other OBGYN clinics in the RGV, don’t waste your time nor money here.
terrible nurses!! waited 2 hours.. they couldn’t care less worst experience.. they did absolutely nothing to help!!!!
Expect to be here 4 hours every appointment. Half of the time you will be laying in the little bed naked and cold and alone waiting for someone. I’ve spent over an hour each time laying there naked and vulnerable waiting. Horrible wait times do not recommend.
