I have the utmost respect for Dr.Patel and her MA. BUT please be forewarned the front office staff including the office manager Tia is a joke. It is a constant mess of information. No consistency at all. And when you try to ask them something it's met with I don't knows, roll of eyes, or plane ignorance. It is so frustrating to be told 1 thing by 1 person and then something else by another. They are always in a bad mood. and God forbid they need to get up from their desk. T… See more

I have never written a bad review on anything before, but I am extremely frustrated with this office. During my pregnancy I did not have insurance, so I was told I had to pay for all of my appointments leading up to the birth up front... not including ultrasounds and labs. I paid about 600 dollars at my first visit, which was fine. I paid for both of my ultrasounds the day of and paid cpl labs for my blood work etc.Around 20 weeks, I decided to deliver at a birth center and … See more

Do not go here. They have collected $1,700 as prepayment when my wife was seeing Tara Mills. I paid that from my FSA, which means it had to be used within that calendar year or it's gone. When I received bills from the hospital, they said their bills are totally different. It has been complete hell in trying to understand what they did with the $1,700. The billing department is impossible to get to. Recently they told my wife that $1,000 will be refunded. My FSA calendar year is over and I have no idea if I will even be able... read more

Dr. McMillin is the only doctor who has been able to help me with gynecological issues. She listens, has a plan and follows up! She really cares.

Good luck getting through their maddening phone system to even make an appointment. I’ve been a client for over 20 years and it took multiple voicemails over several days to simply schedule an annual exam. They put you on hold for 20+ minutes then dump you into voicemail when you’re finally the first caller in the cue then never call you back. If they run their office this poorly, I certainly wouldn’t want to have to count on them with something as important as childbirth.

Just had my first visit with Renaissance Women's Group yesterday. By far the best office / staff I’ve ever been to. This is my third baby I’m expecting and I wish I had come to this practice with my other two. Dr. Truitt is awesome, the front desk, medical assistant, phlebotomist and nurse were so knowledgeable, sweet and caring!

Called to schedule a new pt appt and kept getting told “we will call you back .” Then the nurse was getting a toned attitude since I live over 45 min away and was questioning why I’m coming to them “so late into my pregnancy “. When I’m 24 weeks and explained circumstances . She then hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
