Here is an honest review. I lived here for 20 months. The apartments are nice and close to the Strip for convenience if you work there. What's not not is how incompetent everyone in the office is, including the property manager. When I was trying to renew my lease and extend it for an additional 12 months, they make you reschedule another walk-thru. They scheduled it with me three different times and NO ONE SHOWED UP.
