This situation is beyond unacceptable and disheartening, it’s dangerous and negligent. Despite multiple reports to management, the handicap-accessible ramp remains covered in snow and extremely slippery, making it nearly impossible and unsafe for anyone using a wheelchair. I have witnessed a mother pushing her son in his wheelchair almost fall into the snow because the ramp had not been cleared. Watching that happen was heartbreaking and infuriating.
