Enjoy living here! We do not hear neighbors often besides the main stairwell, and the layouts are awesome! NoDa itself does have some noise with trains etc., but we think this is the perfect location and good value. Also love the community and having a pool and trails. Parking is the main downside at nighttime, but attainable during the daytime.

Enjoy it so far aside from my super loud upstairs neighbor + walls are thin and you can hear every time someone enters/exits the main stairwell. Big apartment with lots of storage and newly renovated.

They are in cahoots with Wheelblockers Towing and Parking Enforcement. They do not have proper signage per the NC Code of Ordinances for their parking rules. If you are a guest - do not park there. They want you to get towed.
