Location is great, and glass city is beautiful. The room wasn't restocked with all amenities before I checked in, and there is absolutely zero communication with booking and reception. Paid for and "booked" a full riverview to stare at a building next door. Was made multiple promises in person to make it right, with no positive outcome. Ask to see your room before booking
