Less than a week into the new house and dish washer is broken, oven doesn’t close, water leaks from window. Maintenance is horrible here! Doesn’t deserve even a one star.
Do not move here! Too many cockroaches!!
Recently moved out from Renaissance Terrace. When I moved out, I returned all the keys and got key slips as proof. And they still charged me $50 of "missing mailbox key". When I call them, they just hung up on me. Saying "It's only $50, what are you complaining about?"
Let’s start from the beginning of my lease. I noticed a foul sewage smell that I complained about. They claimed it was due to the duplex being unoccupied for a while. Hmm, ok (red flag #1). Red flag #2 - my brand new dryer (you know, since I paid for an apartment with updated appliances) totally stopped working within my first month. It took them weeks to figure out a replacement. SMH.
