I would not recommend living here. This has been one of the worst places I have ever rented. Every time it rains, water leaks from the ceiling onto the carpet. Because the carpet keeps getting wet, it has started developing insects, and it has become very unpleasant and unhealthy. I have reported this issue many times, but maintenance usually comes, takes pictures, and leaves without actually fixing the problem. Literally the worst management ever. They do not care about at all. They just want your money, and frankly, this complex is not worth what they charge you for rent. There’s garbage EVERYWHERE, and there is no parking because they do not follow the 2 car per household rule. They actually follow no rules here. Maintenance never does their job. People drive crazy in the parking lots. There’s always drama happening somewhere. They offer amenities like tennis courts and a pool, but the tennis courts have nets that aren’t even up ... read more
Problems began from day one. The dishwasher had mold, the stove and grills were old and heavily used, pots would slip off the stove and the refrigerator was previously used, with stained handles on both sides of the door and a loud rattling noise. There were also ongoing bug issues that required the apartment to be treated multiple times. The lease terms are another concern. Wish i could give Lana 10 stars
Less than a week into the new house and dish washer is broken, oven doesn’t close, water leaks from window. Maintenance is horrible here! Doesn’t deserve even a one star.
