The whole staff & Doctor were so friendly & so welcoming to me and my son They are very professional and are great with kids 🥹 they made sure we understood everything from the procedure and made us just feel less at worry with everything .
I am a Kaiser patient and had the option to have my foot surgery here. I have had a few surgeries before at Kaiser with excellent care but I heard a lot of good things about this surgery center so I wanted to give it a try. I will say that the staff was good, however I was very disappointed with the facility. The waiting room is super small, the pre op and post op is super small and the beds were pretty much like the ambulance stretcher… very uncomfortable. If i could i would rate higher great staff from the doctors to the nurses and anesthesia specialist everyone was so friendly made u feel home and that is the best after you are nervous going in to get any procedure done. Thank u so much doctor ivan and all the staff
This experience was overwhelming poor. Dr. Li asked me at my pre op if I’d like to have an all-female team (which I had for the original surgery), and I said that if there was any chance I would be unconscious, then yes, given my history of trauma. However, I found out when I arrived that this was not the case. I had a male anesthesiologist (Matthew Twitchell), who had a brusque bedside manner.
