Me and my fiancé moved here october 4 2024 and a MONTH into our stay here we found mice. We went to them several times and nothing was done. for 3 straight months we dealt with them eating everything and shitting on EVERYTHING!!! We decided to get everything we needed to fix it and when we told management that we did it but wanted to move out and break the lease they got pissed off at US?!? Very unhelpful and difficult to deal with management. They don’t answer emails, barely answer phone calls, and office is never open when you need them. It’s not worth the headache living here. I have been trying to get an issue with a fee for months and have gotten nowhere.
Just came for a SCHEDULED tour and no one is even in the office. Not even worth your time.
TLDR::: Roach infestations in all buildings, rats, overpriced amenities that are never in service, package theft, vehicle vandalism, sexual harassment from random men here, and unhelpful and avoidant front office. I wanted to love this apartment complex so much. The natural beauty surrounding the community is breathtaking, and the spacious units truly made me feel like I had finally found a place to call home.
