Love this hotel, it is our second stay here and both prove me to be clean and the staff is amazing! The front reception Tom is amazing, friendly and very helpful, he made our stay seem like we were in the highest luxury Hotel there is.
Good central location. Nice restaurant and bar. Rooms are up to date and we'll appointed.
Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Billing Dispute with No Resolution I’ve been trying for weeks to resolve a billing dispute with Saint Elm Dallas, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and customer care. Enjoy their new look! Favorite part of the Renaissance Hotel is the rooftop pool. Check out the fireworks because you have clear view on the rooftop.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Room is way bigger in person versus the picture. Definitely staying again!
