They took away the popcorn machine, that was the only reason I ever went in the lobby and they just took it away. Lobby is dirty and staff sucks. Sidewalks never get salted, I slipped and busted my bum!

My experience with Renaissance Rentals was disappointing. They seemed unwilling to accomodate my (small) requests if these requests werent exactly in their best interest. I rented from this company for two years, and I would be hesitant to ever rent from them again in the future.
by far the best landlord in town and my roommates and I have moved a dozen times. they are always friendly and maintenance is timely and very helpful. it is almost surreal how good they do their job. yes, maybe rent is a little more than average, but anyone who knows bloomington, knows that every landlord sucks. rent is more at renaissance, but you get what you pay for--better service, better homes, better landscaping, and better maintenance!
