This service is so bad. I called them a few times, but they never answered. Then, I went to an appointment the next day—a woman with a cruel, bad attitude. No communicate. They told me I have to pay $100+. They don't accept Medicaid or cover. After two times appointments, they finally answered my voicemail two hours later! No recommend. But the psychiatrist is sweet and nice. I give it five stars.

Staff was attentive. Dr Castillo was superb. She exhibited true concern and honest empathy for my situation. Scripts were ready shortly after I left my appointment. In most cases anywhere you go, the head Doctor is overseeing the professionals that work under him. He reviews all cases and will step in when needed. Ifyou request to see the head Doctor they will accommodate.
I used to be a patient here , 10 years and only saw this "Dr Igoa" once during those 10 years and for 5 minutes. When I was a child taking adhd medication I would mention to them how the medicine gave me a sense of anxiety and they would just up the dosage (mg) my friends and family would be worried about me taking that medication, I seemed "brain dead" to them. Every single time i come here, i come 2 hours before the appointment to avoid having to wait and despite that, there's always a 3 to 4 hour wait!!! Its ridiculous. The wait is horrible with or without appointment. The service is always slow.
