The most incompetent front office staff that I have ever had to deal with. Literally the worst, it’s unbelievable.
I’ve been here for years. So far not a good experience. The waiting time is hours. The staff hate their job and the psychiatrists don’t keep track of your information. I tried to make an appointment and they informed me I was last seen on December 2024 which is not true. I was last seen May of 2025. Since they claim it’s been a whole year, I have to pay 250 to be seen. Unprofessional. I’m low on meds and they won’t take me in without a long waiting list. Can someone PLEASE Recommend me to a better psychiatrist. Dr. Igoa is a horrible place to try to get mental health help from. They never answer the phone, the Dr., PAs, and supervisor’s never help, and they are negatively affecting my life and wellbeing.
They staffs are very rude and don’t know what there doing . Doctors are very nice people but the staffs are horrible. Time to look for another place.
