This office never answers the phone nor do they document when an appointment has changed making it extremely difficult to get refills on necessary medications. If my insurance covered any other psychiatric care physicians I would go there.
The providers were good while they lasted and throughout a 16 year period, I saw Dr Igoa a handful of times. Irene, Esmer and Sally were always personable and humble. Claudia made “THINGS” happen. But I agree with many of the other reviews. I get dismissed and no opportunity to discuss my predicament. I would say that Megan Chavez was by far the best provider there that I saw next to Dolores Solis, Hilda Solis and Deborah Woloski. It has one question why these providers left after seeing the reviews.
