If I could give this facility —5 stars, I WOULD. The communication here is absolutely ridiculous. The front staff NEVER answers the phone. I have had to call 15+ times in a single day just hoping that eventually someone will answer. It honestly feels like my calls are being ignored.I’ve also been told multiple times, “We’ll call you back,” only to never receive a call. Never saw Dr. Igoa, never knew which PA my daughter was going to see. Overbooking and long wait times. Very unprofessional office.
I actually love this office even with the long wait times and staff the docs are actually great but for the love of god PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONEEE I’m tired of having to drive just to get a appointment 🥲
