Great and beautiful hotel. Capital view is beyond amazing. The Marriott Club was so ehhhh. 5:30 pm - cheese and fruit that’s it. Soda and coffee and water. Disappointing at best. Service in the club also not great but Bill at the front desk is Amazing.
This was my first time visiting Rhode Island, and I truly had a wonderful first impression thanks to Jillian at the front desk. From the moment I checked in this morning, she was exceptionally professional, warm, and welcoming. What stood out most was not only her kindness, but her genuine attentiveness. Very comfortable living area. Wish there was more plugs but loved the coziness. Trash barrel was rather small so filled up after a bottle of water or two. Bed was freshly made and ac/heat worked amazing.
