Hotel is beautiful and clean! Our room was very spacious and super clean. We stay in hotels pretty often, so for me to say that really means it was noticeable. Smells like a spa when you walk in and staff was very friendly. I did not realize there was a $40/day parking fee, but that was my fault for not reading into that. You have the option to park on the street but we were told we risk getting towed. Not sure how true that is, but we preferred to be safe than sorry. Location is great! Really disappointed. You have to load and unload your own luggage from the car. Room service didn't come back when we told them we would be out. Rooms are kind of dilapidated. We can't believe they have 5 stars.
Favorite hotel stay of our east coast trip. Beautiful building, especially lit up at night. Walkable to the Riverwalk, very safe area. Spotless and spacious room. Fantastic bathroom amenities. The most quiet HVAC in a hotel ever. Great breakfast in the onsite restaurant.
