I just moved into one of the apartments in Albany Park and am very impressed with how well the place was prepared for me. The floors were refinished, the walls painted, and the whole place was immaculately cleaned. Brendon, the property manager, is great, as is the crew that maintains the property!

I've lived at a Renaissance Property apartment for the last two years and I am sad to have to go. Orlando and Ernesto and the rest of the maintenance team were amazing throughout our time here and so helpful the few times we needed something done. Brendon has been great, always responsive when I needed him and super helpful back when we were still apartment-hunting. They're a really good team and made my first few years living in Chicago a great experience.

I have had a great experience for last 11 years, renting with Rennisance Properties. Their customer service and communication is great. Easy to pay rent, request repairs, and email the property management with an app. Always a rapid and concerned response from Brendon, our building supervisor, on any occasion my wife and I have a concern. Building and common areas are kept very clean, and units are routinely screened for pests.
