I wish i could put NEGATIVE STARS I stayed in my house a little over a year when my lease was up no one would get back to me to resign it. So 2 months after my lease was up with no renewal I moved the house had plumbing issues and rodent issues that no one tried to fix with a real solution. This half business decided to sue me for rent even though I did not legally have a lease for the months they sued for.... BE CAREFUL SCAM SCAM SCAM...

Watch your back with this company! Yes,they are good in that 8f you buy,they don't check your credit. We bought and moved in 6 weeks ago. We had a 30 day warranty from them intimating that the house was in good condition. I will post pictures showing what was covered up. IF you buy from them,and it's still within the 30 day warranty period,MAKE SURE you see up-to-date and current licensing creditials.
