Our ac was not working since April 14, The maintenance was so long no one wouldn't come help us
Great housing. Horrible management staff.
Today I called and the person answered was Lisa she was not professional at all, was so rude and I was talking with her so nice and she couldn't help me, before was a different person her name is Christine and this person is so sweet and PROFESSIONAL with everyone, I asked for her and she told me that she was not working there anymore. This kind of office need professional peoples and nice with the customers, because the most of their customers are seniors who needs attention and respect for them.
