This location is very convenient and feels safe given it’s inside Bell Works. My favorite instructor is Alexyss! She always makes everyone feel welcome and she’s not intimidating at all even if you know nothing about what you are doing. She’s always offering help without making you feel judged. All in all a really good studio!
Prepaid a class only to have someone who didn’t pay take my place and I was asked to leave. I requested to have my funds returned but was instead offered a free class. I don’t want to return to this studio so a free class is pointless. If this happened once it will happen again and I won’t risk the embarrassment. It was uncomfortable for me and I didn’t want to make an even bigger scene as the person who didn’t pay refused to leave. Renaissance Pilates is beyond amazing!! The personal attention and focus on proper form and breathing has been a game changer. Training at Renaissance the last several months has been a delightful upgrade from my previous studio and I'm seeing/feeling real improvements in my form, balance, endurance and strength.
