Renaissance consistently provides top notch care to our little one. Their office hours and walk in availability are incredible and the providers are outstanding. We are continuously grateful that our daughter is a patient here.
Zero stars, The front office staff is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Kim in billing especially needs serious professional development training for her nasty, rude attitude. I’ve never experienced someone speak to people with such a disrespectful tone. If you don’t know how to communicate with patients/customers professionally, you’re in the wrong damn field. The way people are treated here is completely unacceptable and disappointing.
Great place to bring your children for their health care needs. Dr. Dorbad and his staff are amazing!
We have been coming here for 14 years and truly love all the staff. Juli Granica, NP is the absolute best. Today we got a new nurse that we've never had before. Her name is Shayla and she was extremely personable and made my child feel so much better.
