This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatric office. On September 16, 2025, I called Renaissance Pediatrics with a good faith concern about possible mold exposure affecting my children. No one from the office ever called me back about my complaint. Instead, the very next day (Sept 17), when I tried to set an appointment, I was told my daughter had been dismissed from the practice. Requesting medical records to be transferred after moving out of state has been a slow form of torture. I’ve moved out of state 4 times and I’ve never had this much trouble getting a pediatric office to send records, let alone just reaching a human being to speak with.
Love it been taking my children for years
The most incompetent and inconsiderate front desk staff in the world. After a full month of calling and requesting records for my 2 sons, they said they would have them ready at the front desk Wednesday, and they would call Wednesday morning, never called. I showed up Thursday, only one was ready, they said they would leave a note to have the other one ready the next day.
