Requesting medical records to be transferred after moving out of state has been a slow form of torture. I’ve moved out of state 4 times and I’ve never had this much trouble getting a pediatric office to send records, let alone just reaching a human being to speak with.
Love it been taking my children for years
The most incompetent and inconsiderate front desk staff in the world. After a full month of calling and requesting records for my 2 sons, they said they would have them ready at the front desk Wednesday, and they would call Wednesday morning, never called. I showed up Thursday, only one was ready, they said they would leave a note to have the other one ready the next day.
