We have been coming here for 14 years and truly love all the staff. Juli Granica, NP is the absolute best. Today we got a new nurse that we've never had before. Her name is Shayla and she was extremely personable and made my child feel so much better.

love Dr dorbad but the billing department is awful. I have insurance (BCBS) for both of my kids, yet somehow none of their visits are covered with whatever codes they use. So a single office visit can cost $147.38, which is INSANE just to take my baby to the Dr. Update: apparently they can refuse childcare until an entire bill is paid (that I wasn’t even aware of bc no one called me until THE DAY OF my appt to let me know this)
Let me say that my kids have been coming to this practice for last 14 years but I never experienced this before. My daughter had flu shot appointment for 4:30 & we got there on time. Waited 30 mins but everyone else who checked in after us got called in but they never came to get us. I left work early, picked my daughter from daycare & reached there on time for our appointment for a flu shot which should take less than a minute but we had to wait 30 minutes after coming on time for our appointment but they kept calling peopl... read more
