lived here for sometime now,Owner/Mangement and property management are friendly and cordial. The are affordable, the ground are well kept. They are pet friendly with a lots of walking space and laundromat onsite. Recently I had an issue with my door handle and texted the property manager, she was here in about 15 minutes and had it repaired im about 10 to 15 minutes after. I love my little home here at Renaissance Park Apartments. Ty is wonderful to work with and extremely attentive. The community is clean and kept well. It's safe and the lighting is great, seems like daytime in the middle of the night. It's quiet and peaceful and a lovely place to call home!
Highly recommend, I’ve rented from them for almost 7 years. Easy to communicate with, understanding when life happens, repairs done in a timely manner and just all around good people. Give them a call!
The worst experience I’ve had from renting from someone they pick and choose who they want in, and they act like it’s a gated community as well.
Nice inside but management aka the landlords do not fix anything on top of they raise the rates constantly and don’t tell you about it then tell you months later after you have paid your rent for several months charging you late fees. They also do not tell you anything regarding your rent if it has gone up or changed etc and they come up with made up prices out of nowhere with no proof or anything showing how they came up with those charges. They act like slumlords so beware
